Wally Doogan’s Holiday Revue is a comedic musical with traditional Holiday classics that is sure to please the entire family, which made its theatrical debut at Princess Theater last year. Wally was wildly popular and we have had many requests to see it again so we have decided to bring it back for another go around with even more zany comedy and heart warming music.

Kathy is directing a Holiday show at a local theatre and is in need of some help.  Enter Wally Doogan, a lovable, old time performer whose over the top personality is nothing short of laughter.  Wally offers to help Kathy with the show and soon discovers that the self-centered Todd Preston is not everyone’s favorite person and he is less than thrilled about sharing his spotlight with the rest of the cast and threatens to quit.  Will Todd ruin the show? Will Kathy be able to find a replacement?  Will Wally Doogan save the day?  Filled with Holiday classics loved by all, Wally Doogan’s Holiday Revue is perfect for people of all ages.  Whether you’re 7 or 70, you are sure to leave humming a tune with a smile on your face.

Moon Over Buffalo

Ken Ludwig’s (Lend Me a Tenor) madcap comedy that looks at life and love in the theatre. Chaos ensues when famed director Frank Capra notifies the leads of a jaded touring company that he might attend a performance in Buffalo, and they realize that they might finally have a chance at Hollywood fame after years of disappointment. This is the play that brought Carol Burnett back to Broadway after 30 years in 1995.

Auditions for Celery Soup’s newest production, Made- Not Bought, will be held on Sunday August 19, Monday August 20, and Tuesday August 21 at The Princess Theater.

All auditions will begin at 6pm. Seeking two large casts of actors, singers, and dancers of all ages and ethnicities.

Please prepare 30 seconds of any Broadway or Folk style song.  All songs must be sung a cappella (without music).  Be prepared to learn a short dance combination and to read from the script.

Rehearsals begin Monday, August 27 and will be held Monday thru Friday from 6:30pm-10pm.  All children will be released at 8pm on rehearsal nights.

Production dates are Oct. 18-21, Oct 26-28, and November 2-4 at The Princess Theater in Sanford.

Headshots and resumes are preferred.  A list of all rehearsal and production conflicts is required.

We’re looking for some fine folks to join the cast in this season’s fall performances of Touch and Go. If you’ve seen the cast in action, you know how much fun this performance can be!

“No one who auditions gets turned away and we welcome all abilities from beginner to experienced actors. This is a performance of, for, and by the people of Sanford, Seminole County, and Florida to share with the world,” says Brian Casey, Vice President of Creative Sanford, Inc.

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. And if you’d like to be considered for vocal solos, be prepared to sing 16 bars of a song that showcases your range.
