- Rental rate $150/hour, 3 hour minimum ($450)
- Must have one house manager at $20/hour ($60)
- Option, sound and light techs at $20/hour
- Includes one tech rehearsal
- Must have general liability insurance (can be for event only) and name Creative Sanford, Inc. as an additional insured.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Rental rate $70/hour, 3 hour minimum ($210)
- Must have one house manager at $20/hour ($60)
- Option, sound and light techs at $20/hour
- Includes one tech rehearsal
- Must have general liability insurance (can be for event only) and name Creative Sanford, Inc. as an additional insured.
Rehearsal time with theater rental
- Rental rate $30/hour
- Must have one house manager at $10/hour
- Option, sound and light techs at $20/hour
- Must have general liability insurance (can be for event only) and name Creative Sanford, Inc. and 115 West Development LLC as an additional insured.
